Hello Doctor Alan V. Schmukler,

As I was busy in treatment in hospitals, I did not respond to your reply. I am really grateful to you sir.

I am 64. 3 years back I was diagnosed as having BP, which I neglected as there was no symptom / problem. For past 6 months my urine quantity has slightly decreased and frequency increased. And certain was 2.0. I started taking Attn 25 & Cilacar 5 along with Beepee Aid 15drops Once a day. December 2017 I started feeling extreme weakness. On 29 / 12 / 2017 night my speech has become slurred for some time with extreme weakness. Somehow I managed to sleep and next morning I had taken to Cardiology hospital. I had BP of 230 / 135. They said that I would have been had “stroke” if delayed & conducted all the tests.

2D-ECG & Colour Doppler

Conslusio:

  1. Hypertensive Heart Disease.
  2. Concentric LV Hypertrophy.
  3. Sclerotic Aortic Valve with Trivial AR.
  4. LV Diastolic Dysfunction.
  5. Normal LV Systolic Function (EF - 57%).
  6. No Regional Wall Motion Abnormalities at Rest.

BIOCHEMISTRY                    Result                            Ref

  1. Blood Urea             48                                15 – 45 mg/dl
  2. Serum Cretinine 2.4                               0.7 – 1.2 mgs/dl

Based on Biochemistry the Cardiologist Referred me to Nephrologist, after reducing my BP to 178 / 100. Nephrologist Conducted the following test.

ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN

Impressrion:

  • Bilateral grade 1 nephropathy with slight small right kidney.
  • Grade 1 prostatomegaly.

RENAL COLOR DOPPLER

Impression:

  • Bilateral grade 1 nephropathy with slight small right kidney.
  • Normal renal artery and venous color Doppler study.

Next day onwards I started suddenly unconscious for 2-3 min with loss of vision for 5-6 min in exactly 12:30PM till 1:00PM. This repeated two days. Immediately I had referred Neurologist. He got the MRI & Doppler tests done.

PLAIN MRI OF BRAIN

Impression:

  1. Chronic resolved hematoma noted in left putamen.
  2. Diffuse chronic ischemic lesions involving periventricular white matter.
  3. Multiple small areas of resolved hematoma noted in bilateral gloubus pallidum.
  4. No evidence of any acute ischemic / hemorrhagic lesion.
  5. Diffuse cerebral atrophy – age related. No evidence of intra / extra axial space occupying lesion.

CAROTID AND VERTEBRAL DOPPLER

Impression:

  1. No evidence of significant plaques in bilateral carotid vessels.
  2. No E/O significant flow abnormalities seen in both carotid / vertebral arteries.

After this Neurologist said that I have recovered the “stroke” & added 2 tablets to the list of Nephrologist’s list.

Tablet list:

Attn 50                  1– 0 – 1      Cilacar 10                 1– 0 – 1

Arkamin                0 – 0 – 1      Clopilet A 150      0 – 0 – 1

Rosuvas 20        0– 0 – 1      Becozym C Forte       0– 1– 0

I started feeling cold feet, cough with creamy expectoration, severe burning sensation all over and frequent ineffectual urging to urinate which was agg during night preventing my sleep. Hence once again re-adjusted the tablets on 14-12-2017. BP was varying between 200 / 135 & 180 / 110.

Current tablet list:

Attn 50                  1– 0 – 0      Cilacar 10                 1– 0 – 1

Arkamin                1 – 0 – 1      Clopilet A 150      0 – 0 – 1

Rosuvas 20        0– 0 – 1      Becozym C Forte       0– 1– 0

Evion LC              0 – 0 – 1

To-day that is on 16-01-2017 My BP is around 160 / 100 all the complaints are also far better.

Now my idea is V/F is busy strengthening Kidney’s so BP is high. Due to some reason (etiology?) it went beyond control threatening the life. Just by reducing the BP itself to normal level is not correct. Instead reduce it to tolerable level along with strengthening the KIDNE’S without interaction with the current “Allopathic Drug” and gradually withdraw from allopathy, if I am right.

Is there any classical homeopath in Bangalore, willing to help me and take up my case. I consulted two homeopaths but in vein.

With Kind Regards

M.Srinivasa.
