Hey guys,

Please tell me your favorite fruit juice and why do you like it?

P.S. My favorite fruit juice is Pomegranate. It is very good for health as it is full of antioxidant and vitamins.

Banana juice is my all time favorite in terms of how it taste. but it greatly depends on what you’re looking for. If you want to lose weight, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Banana juice or shake is highly recommended to those who seriously want to gain weight. It is very delicious and can be consumed by children and adult alike. But if we are looking for weight loss, then pure noni juice is preferred.

Mine is blueberries, cherries, carrots and pomegranate. These fruits improve circulation and contain many antioxidants and vitamins for a healthy body. They also improve brain health and memory, so if you are a student you really should try these fruits to improve your focus and learning. If you buy juice from the supermarket make sure it is 100% natural with no added sugar, or better just get fresh fruits and make your own quality juice.
