Stem cell transplant shows obvious treatment effects in treating Chronic Kindney Disease.

No matter which type of stem cells, it can differentiate tissue cells which have multiple functions. Therefore, if stem cells are transplanted into the patient’s body who suffers from damaged tissues and function collapses, these cells can generate new functional cells to change the damaged ones.

Safety of stem cell transplant

Because stem cells are the original cells, the surface antigen of these cells can’t express obviously. Therefore, the immune ability of patients can’t recognize these stem cells and that can avoid the rejection reaction or anaphylactic reactionlike other organ transplant. According to clinical researches of many years, amounts of clinical cases show that stem cell transplant is safe except that few patients have slight fever, headache but without other adverse reactions.

Stem cell transplant for the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

After stem cells are injected into patients’body, in the direction of the signal of the kidney lesion, they can reach to the damaged renal cells and generate amounts of daughter cells. These daughter cells continue to differentiate into necessary cells of kidneys, such as renal tissues, renal blood vessels. More new renal cells can promote focal micro blood circulation of kidneys and relieve the anemia and ischemia so that the whole blood circulation can be bettered. The active factors can simulate renal cells secreting erythropoietin which promotes hemopoiesis, so the ischemia can be bettered. Besides that, stem cells can prevent the excessive immune reaction and can generate immune cells to enhance the immune ability of patients’ body. These above are the whole functions of stem cells, which can repair the kidney lesion according to patients’ specific disease condition.
